Day 1: City Tour in Cusco
- Reception at Cusco Airport and transfer to your hotel.
- Free time to acclimate to the city’s altitude.
- In the afternoon, start the City Tour:
- Visit the Cusco Cathedral in the Plaza de Armas.
- Explore Qoricancha (Temple of the Sun).
- Visit Sacsayhuamán, Qenqo, Pucapucara, and Tambomachay.
- Return to your hotel in Cusco.
Day 2: Sacred Valley – Aguas Calientes
- Breakfast at the hotel.
- Visit the Taray viewpoint, Pisaq, and the artisan market.
- Buffet lunch in Urubamba.
- Visit Ollantaytambo and take the train to Aguas Calientes.
- Overnight stay in Aguas Calientes.
Day 3: Machu Picchu Full Day
- Breakfast at the hotel.
- Bus to Machu Picchu and a 2-hour guided tour.
- Lunch in Aguas Calientes.
- Train back to Ollantaytambo and transfer to Cusco.

Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: City Tour in Cusco
- Upon your arrival at Cusco Airport, Llasac Travel staff will greet you and comfortably transfer you to your hotel in the city.
- Once at your hotel, you’ll have time to rest and acclimate to the city’s altitude.
- In the afternoon, we will start the City Tour in Cusco, organized by Llasac Travel.
- We will head to the city center in Llasac Travel’s transportation.
- Our first stop will be the Cusco Cathedral, located in the Plaza de Armas, where you’ll enjoy a guided visit to discover its rich history and architecture.
- After visiting the cathedral, we will walk to Qoricancha, also known as the Temple of the Sun, a site where Inca and Spanish cultures merge.
- Following the visit to Qoricancha, we will head outside Cusco to visit the Sacsayhuamán archaeological site, where your Llasac Travel guide will explain the significance of its impressive stone walls.
- We will continue with a visit to Qenqo, a mysterious ceremonial site, followed by Pucapucara and Tambomachay, where you’ll learn more about the Inca civilization.
- After the tour, we’ll return to Cusco, and Llasac Travel will drop you off at your hotel for the night.
Day 2: Sacred Valley Tour – Aguas Calientes
- Start your day with a delicious breakfast at your hotel in Cusco, provided by Llasac Travel.
- Llasac Travel transportation will pick you up at your hotel (if your hotel is outside Cusco center, we recommend arranging additional transfers for convenience).
- During the tour, we will stop at the Taray viewpoint, where you can enjoy panoramic views of the Sacred Valley of the Incas and take memorable photos.
- Next, we’ll visit the Pisaq archaeological site, guided by a Llasac Travel expert who will explain the rich history of the area.
- Afterward, we’ll stop at the Pisaq artisan market, where you’ll have the opportunity to buy unique souvenirs.
- We’ll then head to Urubamba to enjoy a buffet lunch at a restaurant selected by Llasac Travel (restaurant details will be provided in the detailed itinerary).
- After lunch, we’ll continue to Ollantaytambo to explore its impressive archaeological site with our Llasac Travel guide.
- After the tour, we’ll head to the Ollantaytambo train station to board the train to Aguas Calientes, a journey of approximately 1 hour and 40 minutes.
- Upon arrival at the Aguas Calientes train station, Llasac Travel staff will take you to your hotel.
- At the hotel, you’ll have an informational meeting with your Llasac Travel guide to review the details of the Machu Picchu visit the next day.
- Overnight stay in Aguas Calientes, with accommodations organized by Llasac Travel.
Day 3: Machu Picchu Full Day
- Start your day with a delicious breakfast at your hotel in Aguas Calientes, organized by Llasac Travel.
- The Llasac Travel team will then take you to the Aguas Calientes bus station, where you’ll board the bus to the Machu Picchu Sanctuary.
- Upon arrival, we will begin a 2-hour guided tour of Machu Picchu, where our expert Llasac Travel guide will explain the history and secrets of this world wonder.
- After exploring Machu Picchu, we’ll take the bus back to Aguas Calientes.
- Back in Aguas Calientes, you’ll enjoy a delicious lunch organized by Llasac Travel to recharge your energy.
- We will then head to the Aguas Calientes train station to board the train back to Ollantaytambo.
- Upon arrival in Ollantaytambo, Llasac Travel’s private transportation will take you back to Cusco.
