Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: City Tour in Cusco
- Upon your arrival at Cusco Airport, Llasac Travel staff will welcome you and transfer you comfortably to your hotel in the city.
- After arriving at the hotel, you’ll have some hours to acclimate to the altitude of the city.
- In the afternoon, we will start the City Tour organized by Llasac Travel, beginning with private transportation to the city center.
- Our first stop will be Cusco Cathedral, located in the main square. Then, we will walk to Qoricancha, the Temple of the Sun.
- After visiting Qoricancha, we will head to the outskirts of Cusco to visit Sacsayhuamán Archaeological Site and other sites like Qenqo, Pucapucara, and Tambomachay.
- Finally, we will return to Cusco and drop you off at your hotel.
Day 2: Sacred Valley – Aguas Calientes
- Enjoy a delicious breakfast at your hotel, organized by Llasac Travel.
- We will head to Taray viewpoint, then visit Pisaq Archaeological Site, followed by a tour of the artisan market.
- We will continue with a buffet lunch in Urubamba and then proceed to Ollantaytambo.
- From Ollantaytambo, we will take the train to Aguas Calientes. Upon arrival, Llasac Travel staff will take you to your hotel, where you will receive information about the Machu Picchu tour.
- Overnight in Aguas Calientes.
Day 3: Full-Day Machu Picchu
- After a hearty breakfast at your hotel, we will take the bus to Machu Picchu, where you’ll enjoy a 2-hour guided tour.
- After the tour, we will return to Aguas Calientes by bus, and you will enjoy a buffet lunch.
- Next, we will take the train back to Ollantaytambo, and private transportation will bring us back to Cusco.
- Arrival in Cusco and transfer to the hotel.
Day 4: South Valley Tour in Cusco
- We will start the day with a delicious breakfast at the hotel, then head to the South Valley of Cusco, visiting Tipon, Pikillaqta, and Andahuaylillas, where we will explore archaeological sites and the famous church known as the Sistine Chapel of America.
- Return to Cusco in the afternoon.
Day 5: Maras and Moray Tour
- After breakfast at the hotel, we will take private transportation to visit Chinchero, Moray, and the Maras Salt Mines, with local guides explaining the history and salt production processes.
- Free afternoon for non-scheduled activities in Cusco.
Day 6: End of the Journey
- After breakfast at the hotel, you’ll have free time to enjoy the city before your transfer to the airport for your return flight.
