Detailed Itinerary

Day 1: City Tour in Cusco

• Upon arrival at Cusco Airport, the Llasac Travel team will greet you and transfer you comfortably to your hotel in the city.
• Once at your hotel, you’ll have time to rest and acclimate to the city’s altitude.
• In the afternoon, the City Tour in Cusco will begin, organized by Llasac Travel.
• We’ll head to the city center using Llasac Travel’s private transportation.
• The first stop will be Cusco Cathedral, located in the Plaza de Armas, where you’ll enjoy a guided tour to discover its rich history and architecture.
• After visiting the cathedral, we’ll walk to Qoricancha, also known as the Temple of the Sun, a fascinating site showcasing the fusion of Inca and Spanish cultures.
• Following the Qoricancha visit, we’ll leave Cusco to visit the Sacsayhuamán Archaeological Site, where your guide will explain the significance of its massive stone walls.
• The tour will continue with visits to Qenqo, a mysterious ceremonial site, followed by Pucapucara and Tambomachay, where you’ll learn more about Inca civilization.
• After the tour, we’ll return to Cusco, and Llasac Travel will drop you off at your hotel for the night.

Day 2: Sacred Valley – Aguas Calientes

• Enjoy a delicious breakfast at your hotel in Cusco, provided by Llasac Travel.
• Llasac Travel’s private transportation will pick you up from your hotel (if your hotel is outside the city center, please arrange additional transportation for your convenience).
• The tour begins with a stop at Taray viewpoint, where you’ll enjoy stunning views of the Sacred Valley of the Incas and take memorable photos.
• Next, we’ll visit the Pisaq Archaeological Site, guided by a Llasac Travel expert who will provide detailed information about the site’s history.
• After exploring Pisaq, we’ll stop at the artisan market in Pisaq, where you can shop for unique souvenirs.
• We’ll then head to Urubamba for a buffet lunch at a restaurant selected by Llasac Travel.
• Following lunch, we’ll continue to Ollantaytambo to explore its impressive archaeological site, accompanied by your Llasac Travel guide.
• After the tour, we’ll proceed to the Ollantaytambo train station to board the train to Aguas Calientes, a journey of approximately 1 hour and 40 minutes.
• Upon arrival in Aguas Calientes, Llasac Travel staff will transfer you to your hotel.
• At the hotel, you’ll have an informative session with your guide to review details of your visit to Machu Picchu the following day.
• Overnight in Aguas Calientes, organized by Llasac Travel.

Day 3: Full-Day Machu Picchu

• Start your day with a delicious breakfast at your hotel in Aguas Calientes, provided by Llasac Travel.
• Llasac Travel’s team will escort you to the bus station in Aguas Calientes for the bus ride to Machu Picchu Sanctuary.
• Upon arrival at Machu Picchu, begin a 2-hour guided tour, where your expert guide will share fascinating history and mysteries of this majestic site.
• After exploring Machu Picchu, return to Aguas Calientes by bus.
• Back in Aguas Calientes, enjoy a delicious lunch arranged by Llasac Travel.
• Next, head to the Aguas Calientes train station to board the train back to Ollantaytambo.
• Upon arrival in Ollantaytambo, Llasac Travel’s private transportation will take you back to Cusco.
• In Cusco, return to your hotel for a well-deserved rest.

Day 4: Humantay Lagoon Tour

• Today, depart early for Humantay Lagoon, organized by Llasac Travel. Breakfast will not be provided at the hotel as the adventure starts at dawn.
• Board Llasac Travel’s private transportation to Mollepata, where you’ll enjoy breakfast to fuel your day.
• After breakfast, continue to Soraypampa, the starting point of the hike to Humantay Lagoon.
• From Soraypampa, embark on a 1-hour hike to the lagoon, guided by your Llasac Travel expert, who will share insights about the natural surroundings.
• At Humantay Lagoon, take photos and enjoy a detailed explanation of the site’s significance and beauty.
• After enjoying the stunning views, return to Soraypampa for a delicious lunch organized by Llasac Travel.
